Hello everyone! Well, here I am again trying to get it together to lose weight. I was weighed friday at the doctors office and have gained more! I am now up to 217lbs. , the most I've weighed since being pregnant with my first child. HELP! I feel horrible, have no energy, and feel unattractive. I am so sad sometimes about my appearance. I want to lose about 50 lbs. however I feel like this seems like a lifetime away. I want to start the zone diet tomorrow...I'm a carb junkie....love pop and candy....doesn't help take the weight off I know. I just want to feel good and have the energy and enthusiasm to play with my children. Just looking for support and encouragement. Thanks and have a blessed week!

Ok, first thing to do is make mini-goals. Don't look at the big picture. I do 3lb goals. Easier to reach, and when I get there I feel great. It's going to take me a long time to reach my ultimate goal and I don't want to wait that long for that feeling of accomplishment. Second, try to cut out things slowly. Remember, it took you a long time to get where you are.
This is a really great place. There is lots of support. I wish you well on your journey.
