What's that one meal/snack/recipe/food, that you just love. Is weight watchers safe and your vice?
For me, I have a few.
FF Cottage cheese and pineapple EVERY night. lol Love the stuff when I get a sweet tooth.
Fat Free ice cream with warmed frozen berries. MMmm
FF potato chips. That's the only time I get to eat chips. lol
Spaghetti squash! Love the stuff.
Share some of yours! I could always use new recipes too. ;)

I've just started WW at home again Sunday doing the PointsPlus plan.
My favorite breakfast food is Irish steel oats with blueberries and light vanilla Activia. Althought I haven't had it yet, I am going to love being able to have a sandwich with FF chips. I also love having popcorn in the evening while watching tv. I also love SF Double Chocolate pudding w/cool whip.
I just came off of low carb so WW will be a great change so I'm sure I will have more faves in the future.

Mmm, chocolate pudding sounds yummy. Sf of course. ;)
That's one thing I love about being on WW. I don't over indulge on the carbs but to be able to have them and stay in my limits is great.
I absolutely love throwing a ton of veggies into a pan and frying them up(with a few sprays of pam) and then mixing in a few egg whites. Top it with a bit of salsa and hot sauce and YUM! Low point, high flavor and keeps me full for a long time.

I love a toasted w/w english muffin with a light laughing cow and an over easy egg. The yolk drips out and I love to eat these almost every day for either breakfast or lunch.
Another fav is yogurt mixed with fresh raspberries topped with some flax seed crunch.
For a cocktail I enjoy an oz of flavored vodka (pear or black cherry) with a half lime squeezed, some fresh mint, topped with club soda.
I don't usually go for 100 calories snack packs, ff chips or pudding or anything like that since it seems to trigger more eating for me.

I have always had an serious carb problem. So to still be able to have those things that are considered bad foods every now and again is a real vice for me. I used to eat a whole bag of cheetos or doritos, etc. So to have just a few FF chips and feel satisfied is a big deal for me. lol
