South Beach Diet - Salad Dressing for Phase 1????

I'm a ranchaholic!! What other dressings are acceptable???? I have a feeling my shopping trip today is going to take a long time since i'm gonna have to read alot of labels.
also what kind of lunchmeats are good on south beach?? I found alot of lunchmeats are high in sodium, which DH is watching so i haven't found one yet that is acceptible.

Have you considered making your own ranch dressing? You can mix ff greek yogurt with dill, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika (and whatever else you want to throw in there) and it's delicious.

I used Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix...mix it w/ 1 cup of mayo and 1 cup of low-fat milk. It's way better than the bottled stuff AND it has 0 grams of sugar!!!
