I'd like to get down to 150 by my 41st birthday...June 19th. That's around 10 pounds a month. My weight loss has slowed down the lower my weight goes, but I'm gonna try for it anyway.

I'm running a sprint triathlon at the end of June. I want to be 199 by then. I'll weigh in on Mondays. I'm about 50 lbs away. Looks like that's almost exactly 2 lbs per week. Higher than I've been doing, but at least it is a good goal. I think with the extra training it is possible!

Today is my first weigh in day and i lost 5 lbs during the last 7 days :)
I am trying to limit my carb intake as much as i can, it feels hard to quit all these white stuff. I did binge 3 times this week, i will try harder next week.

So I had about a month where I was semi-depressed and overall just really tired. I didn't let myself go, but I also didn't follow my plan. THANKFULLY my body did me proud and I ate quite a bit while just maintaining. Now I am back on track, getting myself happy again, and ready to DO THIS. Turns out that my self induced plateau actually worked wonders into shocking my system into losing 5lbs this week. Let's do this April!

Since my weight loss has been slowing down some, I'm going to set a new minimum goal for June 1st for a BMI of 29.9 and 179.5lbs.

Final Comments:
Out of Town! Away from my scale for 2 more weeks. Also away from gym and my bike. :( I'm still trying to keep an eye on calories, but I think I'm more likely to be maintaining around 177 now than dropping, so I'll keep that listed as my official end score.

I am a youth softball coach, and I usually just tell them what to do, show them with very little effort...
BUT THIS YEAR... I want to run around with them.. A LOT.
Do all the running they do!

Practice Starts at the End of May..
But I am going for the First Game June 2nd.

I'm currently at 161.4 ! I managed to get in walks 4 days while I was in LA. Than I got lazy last week. But I'm on the treadmill again and my eating is OP. I am feeling changes in terms of feeling bones like I hadn't in years. While I was in LA I went shopping. Wow! It feels wonderful to CHOOSE clothes rather than to just take the only thing I can find that will cover me. It's been a long time.

i have to send in my measurements to the lady making the corset for my wedding outfit around the beginning of June....i would like to be going strictly by measurements....but until I have lost more and been doing my workouts more..i won't really know an average inch loss goal

Down to 177.5 - 24lbs to go. Yay! My final weigh in for this challenge is the 27th May so effectively 3 months and 1 day to lose 24lbs. Hubby has just bought me an elliptical, so I hope to tone as well during this time, so I can be one hot top table guest at the wedding :lol:

CONGRATS you lost 100 pounds time for you to celebrate :). Its funny you say feeling so close but yet so far from Onderland I feel the same way and for some reason have a fear as if my weight loss will SLOWWWW down alot when I get there.

5/9 - 266.0 lbs (4 lbs gained) 23.4 pounds to go (took a week off from exercise/diet leading up to a 12 week program that I'm starting tomorrow)
5/16 - 260.2 lbs (5.8 lbs lost) 17.6 pounds to go
5/23 - 263.0 lbs (2.8 lbs gained - TOM showed up a week late!) 20.4 pounds to go
5/30 - 262.4 lbs (0.6 lbs lost) 19.8 pounds to go
6/2 - 263.0 lbs (0.6 lbs gained) TOTAL LOSS OF 29.6 lbs since the start of the challenge

wow only a month left on this challenge!!!!! my goal was to be under 300, but in my head i was like...yeah..im gonna pass that in no time and have to make a new goal...well...it hasn't happened yet....doubtful that i will make my goal...but i think its an accomplishment that i have stuck it out this long...and regardless i weigh less than when i started my weight loss towards the end of jan.. and thats all that matters in the long run!!!

I am pretty happy with where I am right now. I think I have decided to take the summer trying to maintain what Ive lost without the aid of a calorie counter. I will still run and bike, add more circuit training in to my routine as well. Its going to be hard not to expect to see the scale inching down... Thank you ladies for all of the support. I cant wait to start another challenge in the fall. :hug:
