Default How do I get back on track?

This last week has been awful for me...we're in the process of moving so I haven't had a kitchen and I'm so tired of chicken, tuna, and turkey. I've been on a downward spiral since friday and I can't seem to get back on track! I know some of you ladies have been thru this and gotten back on track, any advice for me? I'm feeling so low today...why can't i just have self control??

It can stop now. You want it to end. Make it stop. So what you don't have a kitchen. Subway salads are my friend when I can't cook. Grilled chicken and fresh veggies. Also, steaks at restaurants are often the lowest calorie item on the menu- treat yourself.

You can do it! And even if you had a few off days, you can get right back on. I'm struggling now too. We went on a cruise for 5 days and I'm having trouble getting 100% back on. So instead of flipping a switch, I said that by Monday, I will be 100% OP. So by Monday, I will be eating right, taking all my pills, drinking my HNS (which is a big issue with me now after not having them), not taking bites here and there, and drinking my water.

Set a few day goal if you can't imagine waking up tomorrow and being back on. Do whatever works for you...just be sure you are doing something. Slumps are normal, so figure out what you are going to do about it.

Choose to eat on plan 1 meal at a time. Stop allowing your "inner brat" to dictate what's fair/not fair about the eating plan (at least this was my problem! lol!). YOU are in control of the food. You absolutely can be off plan, eat dessert, and have whatever you want. But, there will be consequences - are you willing to suffer them?

try to rehearse in your mind what your day will be like, think about how empowered you will feel after a perfect program day, how your clothes will feel. Remembering what sucess feels like can be very motivating, you are not a victim, you can be in control.
