Here it is........I studied my food log on fitday yesterday, and I believe I now know why I was so tired!!! I didnt have enough food! Lots of protein, but when it came to carbs, I only had 8 and Im alloted 20, so today, I think I'll eat more!

Breaky- spinach with egg and parm cheese
Lunch- boiled egg, chicken breast
Supper- I havent a clue yet, I have to check the freezer :dizzy:

the plan was shot out of the water, here is what I really had today

Breaky. 2 eggs w/mozza cheese
lunch...didnt have time
supper...left over chicken and salsa with green beans

Im not hungry today, and Im not tired again...thank goodness :)

Sunday was a tastey day :)

Brunch- boiled egg
Supper- broccoli, hamburger with mushroooms and co/jack cheese
Snack- pork rinds with warm cream cheese

weigh in tomorrow, I think I'll get out and go for my walk. Ive been lazy today
