Smiling Sal 11-15-2002, 04:56 PM Butter beans, processed peas and baby potatoes all out of a tin. I avoid the tins with added sugar and salt. Empty all the tins into one bowl and heat it up. Yes I am that strange !!!! leigh-r 11-15-2002, 05:28 PM ASDA good for you range frozen meals. Due to the way our week works out we end up having 2 or 3 frozen meals a week. There quick and always fill the spot without me having to cook a meal. And I always have fruit afterwards. Phoebe 11-18-2002, 08:31 AM Marks and Spencer do an aubergine bake in their bistro type line. Its quite expensive, about £2.99 I think, but it tastes gorgeous and only has about 200 calories for the whole thing. Sometimes I splash out and put that with homemade potato wedges. Yummmy. Smiling Sal 11-18-2002, 05:06 PM What about all your 'old' favourites, I like egg and bacon quiche, square sausage and chicken pies. But now I have small portions and have them with vegetables instead of chips or potatoes and baked beans or whatever. Sometimes I need these meals, just to show me that I am not deprived !!!! They will always be favourites with me vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
