Default No More Rolaids Or Tums Please!!!thanks
H i everyone,
Just started to get back on track 5 days ago, Monday Dec 6th 2010...
and my first mini goal was to feel better, and YOUPPI!!! I do feel better!!!

When I eat sweets and greasy food, I'm sure to be needing some antacid med, like rolaids...but eat well=feel well.... haven't needed rolaids since Monday!!!!

It's up to me, I'm the only that can make the change, I can complain all I want... but nobody but me, only me, my decisons will determine how well I feel.

SO... YES I CAN DO IT, and you can do it too...
wishing all of you lots of courage and the will to change to live a better and healthier life. It's all in our hands and minds, YES we can do it!!!!

I had someone come and ask for a Tums today. I hadn't really thought about it, but I have now been on eating right for the last three weeks and I have not needed a Tums in this past three weeks. It is a great feeling to not need a Tums/Rolaids!!!
