Weight Loss Surgery - pre-operative testing at nyu

I'm going tomorrow. What should I expect? Does anyone know if you have to leave a deposit? That's written in the paperwork. Also how long will I be there?

I'd contact THEM with all of your questions so you're not blindsided by anything. Ask them whatever you want to know.

let us know what happens - preop testing is usually bloodwork. nothing major. but that deposit - hmmmm. that's usually insurance related.

well there was no deposit and it was basically meet with the nurse and discuss the surgery, meet the anesthesiologist (sp?) and then a chest x ray. No biggy.
