Hi Ladies.

If I ate all the pomegranite seeds from one medium pom. how many calories did I consume? All the info. I am getting online is measuring per 1/2 cup and that tells me nothing. I devoured the thing--no measuring involved..LOL.

Dog gone it! I thought it would have been much lower! I will try to focus on the antioxidant properties rather than the calories consumed! I love the crazy things.

160 calories! no wonder they taste so good. I had one today too...thank goodness they take so long to get the seeds out or I would have eaten 3 of them!

According to caloriecount.about.com one whole pomegranate of average size is 105 calories (measurements for one that is 3 3/8')
