Thankyou so much!! Every week I put what I've lost, my current weight, and my total so far. I started doing that from day one because I knew it would keep me accountable if I put it all out there for everyone to see. I wasn't shy about putting my starting weight and if anything it motivated me even more to know people knew I was that big! I've had a lot of people message me and thank me for my honestly and they also say I really motivated them to start their own journey. Maybe this is my purpose in life, to try and inspire!!
