Default canned soup?

I'm trying to stay OP, but I'm not feeling so well today. I was just wondering if there are any canned soups that are 'ok'? Or even any that are better than others? Nothing sounds good except soup. Thank you!

I'm sorry you're feeling under the weather today. There are several canned and boxed soups that are OK for an occasional indulgence. The sodium in them is what you have to watch. I like Progresso Lentil soup, and their Black Bean soup is pretty decent, too. Trader Joe's also has some soups that are SBD compliant. I especially recommend their Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato soup. When choosing a soup, it's important to read the ingredients label and check the sugar and fat content, too. Of course, the easiest way to make sure your soup is SBD friendly is to make it yourself, if you have the time.

I hope you're feeling better soon!

I use the Campbell's Healthy Request Vegetable Beef w/ Barley soup. It's yummy...but, like cottage said, watch the sodium.
