Default I stuck to my plan through Thanksgiving...

and the scale gods rewarded me with a nice 2 1/2 pound *whoooosh* into a new decade!

Now THAT'S something to be thankful about

Great job!

I had a little loss the day after Thanksgiving myself (that actually "stuck" today). It's a pretty cool feeling isn't it?

Wahoo! That's a great feeling. There aren't too many people who can say that!

I was really cautious this year because I knew I was near a whoosh point and didn't want to wait another full month to finally see it. I did finally whoosh back to 158 this morning and I haven't seen that number in about a month!

Congratulations! I'm aiming to do the same through Christmas.
When I can do it, I find the buzz of having enjoyed myself AND stayed on plan is huge!

Congratulations! I wasn't so virtuous this week, but I'm back on plan now.

Congratulations that's awesome! :-)
I didn't stick but was very careful and didn't gain a single lb so I am happy, right back on track today though!

I stuck to it too, and had a 2 lb loss! That's gotta be a first. I didn't feel a bit deprived, amazingly. I'm just as happy with my ricotta with cocoa powder as I would be with pumpkin/apple/cherry pie. Wow. Plus, I get major intestinal upset if I eat unhealthy and that is starting to be a real deterrent! I am scared by my success...

This is me too! Thanksgiving is the harder of the holidays for me. I can't eat sugar without getting major GI issues and much prefer carbs. So passing up on the cookies etc is easy now that I've gotten past the stuffing, mashed potatoes, etc LOL

Sure! I just mix 1/4 cup of (fat free) ricotta with "some" (tbsp roughly) cocoa powder and nutrisweet and sometimes I'll add a dollop of cool whip. Takes the edge off the sweet tooth!
