First day on IP diet. Try the cheese omelet in microwave. I need to experiment with that to make it better.

Welcome to IP. I'm only starting week 3 this week so I'm not familiar with everything yet but I am finding each day a little easier....

Today is only day 4 for me!
a bit fatigued, but I must say I feel good overall and already feel accomplished and know that I can do this!

yesterday my coworker went out to get a snack and came back with potato chips for herself...AND A BAG FOR ME!
It felt like second nature to say thank you, but NO thank you!
I TURNED DOWN CHIPS!!! as silly as this seems..It felt sooo good to not want them

Using lower power will help. Best bet is to cook them up in a frying pan. They are much better that way.

i love the omlettes. i cook mushrooms, spinach and peppers in a fry pan before adding the mix.

I have done it in the microwave and i just add a few veggies and cook it till all the liquid has gone and it is not that bad
