Tuesday night: Rollerbladed for 9 miles. Took me 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Mon. Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds w/weighted balls, the 2 mile walk video.

Tues. Raking the yard for 45 min.

Wed. Sore from raking...took day off :dizzy:

Finally got out there and did my 4.5 miles after NOT going for 6 entire days-boy, was it hard after taking that hiatus, esp. with the wind. At least I didn't have to contend with the heat:flame: Took me 51:25:D
