Asian Pears
I bought an Asian Pear. Thinking of baking it with sprinkling of oats & sf maple syrup on top. Would you peel it?

Please don't bake it. These guys are all about the crunch/crisp/juice. The flavor is actually mild & subtle. I like them well chilled, on a pretty plate with a paring knife - cut, peel, munch, repeat...
