Losing weight and calorie requirements changing
So, I started out at 1500 cals, and have lost some weight so I did my BMR calculations again and I should be at about 1400 cals now (I exercise very little due to chronic pain, which is improving!!!)
But I figure by the time I lose another 20 lbs, I will most likely have increased to 'lightly active' which with my then BMR, I would be at around a 1600 calorie diet.
This scares me! ha.
Anyone else go from sedentary/little exercise to a higher exercise after weight loss and increase your calories to match your BMR/daily caloric needs?
