Low Carb Archive - Chromium Picolinate?

Does anyone take this? It was on sale at GNC and I bought a bottle. I know CALP recommends it. I would love to hear anyone's experiences or information. Thanks...

I take it, and I find it helps with the sugar cravings. I dont get them anymore.

I was taking it with Alpha Lipoic Acid between doses of Glucophage. It seemed to help me some, mostly with a bit more energy. I need to ask my doctor if it will interfere with Gluc, because I would like to try again.
