i sure do wish i had a personal chef. i get on here and read awesome recipes, and don't get me wrong, i can cook. but i'm always so darn tired to try the new recipes, or i have to go to the store to get the ingredients.......

sure do wish i just had a stocked kitchen and a personal chef to cook! and while i'm wishing in one hand...........

a maid would be nice too

just saying..........

Having someone in to help clean is the greatest thing! Even if this is a gift you only give yourself every once in a while you should do it.

I definitely know the feeling! I have really bad sleep apnea, and before it was treated, it just seemed like climbing Mount Everest just to go grocery shopping, cook, and keep the house clean. Something to look into if you've ever thought about it.

If you don't have any sleeping problems, then maybe just think of those things as exercise! I only do about a 1/2 hour of formal exercise most days, but I'm busy as a bee doing all that stuff, keeps me active and off the couch! Just an idea of how to look at it, I would love a chef and maid, too!

Don't sell yourself short - you're shooting too low.

You need a butler.

The butler will hire the chef, maid, gardener, chauffeur, masseuse - whatever your estate requires.

Wouldn't it be fun to have a chef to cook healthy meals. I enjoy cooking - but, it would be such a wonderful treat to have a chef for a while.

When it comes to running low on time - I often count on the crockpot. Now, if it could just wash it'self!

It just came to mind that Oprah has/had a chef cooking her meals and she still struggles with weight issues. No magic wands....oh well.

I can say this: I lived in a household (as a live-in nanny) where we had a personal chef that cooked VERY healthy meals. Very strict no carbs - low cal - type food and very delicious at that. The fridge and pantry were stocked only with healthy snacks, lots of fresh fruit and veggies were always cut up and ready, there was no candy to be seen anywhere near the house, etc.

And guess what? I still gained weight or at least didn't lose any . I blame the Indian take-out on Saturday night, the bakery trips to still those cake cravings, and the eating out on Sunday. Or rather, I blame my own lack of discipline to say no to those things.

It would be nice sometimes to do some of the grocery shopping, the chopping and the dishes (hate them!!!), but I also think doing all the work yourself makes you really pay more attention to what you're putting in your mouth.

Definitely agree on the cleaning person though. I HATE cleaning. Hate it. As soon as I earn enough money, I'm getting a cleaning lady to come once a week. I'll gladly cut down on my clothing purchases for that. That's how much I hate it .

I want a gardener. Grass, earth, slimy things - ugh!

Once a year I get a cleaning company in to scrub the house until it shivers. I do clean (honestly) very regularly but that annual deep cleanse is fantastic.

I wish I had a part time nanny so I could cook without the kids underfoot..lol I seem to mess something up every time I cook (which is 1-3 times a day, every day) because one of the kids just has to have something right that very second.
