Reeeeally should've chekced the point value on chicken wings BEFORE I ate 20 of them...go ahead...check it on your point tracker...*gah* *swoons* NEVER AGAIN.:dizzy:

Everyday is a new day.A new day to get back on track.I have gone over on points also. but make sure I get back on track the next day. Great success is wished for you.

Thanks Julie...those wings were a few days ago. I have since gotten back on track. It was a one off ...and a lesson learned in preplanning trips to the pub with hubby lol. I should've stuck with just the Edamame..which I love.

I have done that to. I ate the most amazing piece of homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. At lunch .Then I checked the points. It was right around 12!!! OMG I couldn't eat hardly anything the rest of the day unless it was free.:dizzy:

thank goodness for weekly points...also if it only once in awhile it should not hurt too bad
