On the package it says it is 5 points for 100 g of a pork chop. Ok, so does that mean it is 100 g...cooked.....or uncooked. When I weighed it uncooked it was 200 g and there is NO way I am going to eat a 10 point pork chop. Does anyone know?

Thank you!

I try to weigh after cooking. Most points in the WW books, etc are the points for cooked meat.

For pork chops, if they are lean (like a loin chop w/ the fat trimmed off), 2 cooked ounces equals 3 points. I don't know how the ounces translate to grams, though.
