I've been wanting to start getting in more strengh training, which is to say any at all really since I've only been doing small amounts with small weights. I'm way too self conscious to go to the gym right now so I wanted something I can do at home.
Anywho. I was looking on craigslist last night and there was a Total Gym listed for $75. My husband went and looked at it this morning, and now it's set up in my house!
So I could use some advice as a beginner. For those of you who strength train do you have a routine? How often do you do it and for how long? Any helpful information would be great. I don't want to overdo it and I also don't want to under do it.
