Mini-Goals - NSV - Surgery was a breeze!

Yesterday I had to have dental surgery - 3 extractions, plus a root tips extraction (4 total). Had a Valium and then 30 minutes of general anesthesia ($450 worth!).

This morning, did 30 Day Shred level 3 :strong: because it just felt like any other day, except for my mouth being a little sore on the inside.

Consistent exercise lets you bounce back! :carrot:
