Default Look at this the next time you crave fast food

I almost can't believe I'm posting these. Last night I had some McDs fries and a couple chicken nuggets, amounting to less than a Happy Meal's worth of food and under 400 calories total. Not that much right? Well, I blew up until I felt like I would give birth. And I've always had a strong stomach for junk food, still do.

Think of how gross this is whenever you are craving fast food. Don't do this to yourself!

(NSFW, underwear photos attached. I'm 23 so this is legal)

I had the same issue this weekend. Chinese food on Friday caused a 5lb weight gain by Sunday...although I do like the 6lb weight loss since then

I've never heard of something like that. Wow! How far away in time were the photos taken? What do you think causes the bloat? Sodium?

I believe it is the sodium and millions of preservatives. I get that same exact effect!!!

Sodium I think. I stayed at about 1600 calories total for the day so there's no way that could have been genuine fullness!

Bloated pic was about 1 hour after eating the fries/nuggets, 9 pm, right after a 40 minute cardio workout. Boy was that an uncomfortable workout.

Other less bloated (not fully "deflated" yet) pic was the morning after, about 7:30 am, right after the same 40 minute cardio workout (yes I did back to back).

I think our sensitivity to sodium and preservatives is totally underestimated. The same thing happens to me (but you won't be seeing any undies pics )That's incredible. Thanks for having the chutzpah to post those! Wow!

Krampus you are a CHAMP-US for posting your sodium bloat pic! Did you wash down the McD's with a diet soda perhaps also? - as artificial sweeteners cause big time bloat in many. My body retains water like a sponge too, arms, legs, tummy, face are always affected, & I too puff up like a blow fish from sodium & sugar too. Atleast we know it dissipates, but still who wants to look like were 'knocked? Your other picture looks amazing though, you are rockin it chicky, infact your smokin sistah!

I didn't realize the physical effect. I think I might be more sensitive now since eating healthy for such a long time, because I often "feel" sick or bloated but I didn't realize it was an actual physical effect taking place.....thanks for sharing!
