Default SCALES!!!!! (Yes I am yelling)

So this morning stepped on the scale..it flashed once and then boom off.

Tried to do all the reset and stuff and new battery..nothing.

So...went and bought a Taylor scale for 25.00..came home does not work!

Took it back.

Bought a more expensive one..it will work..the Taylor 7518 and brought it home and it gets to 0.0 and then stops...

I am going MENTAL

So..any suggestions for a good scale

I've gone through 6 scales in a year and the one I have now is off too, so I'm not one to ask! Lol

Well, maybe I am old fashioned, but I still use a mechanical scale. It's a Health-O-Meter zero balance Doctor's Scale. It doesn't tell you your BMI or anything fancy, but while my coach's scale was all over the place (+/- 13 pounds one time I weighed in) it tells me the brutal truth every morning. And hey, these days the truth is getting prettier, now that you mention it!

I love my Omron. It wasn't cheap, but Amazon does offer amazing discounts on them. I have the Omron HBF-514. It keeps a history for you on everything from weight, body fat, muscle weight, BMI, Visceral fat, etc. A great investment IMO.

I'm happy to vouch for my Omron as well. Mine is consistent, which is all I ask from a scale.

Maybe it is a sign you don't need a scale at home. haha

My that is a nice scale. I might have to gift that to myself for my BD & Christmas present!
