New Here and 30!
Hi everyone,
I have currently been using Fit Day for support, both in moral support by chatting with others but also to keep track of my food/workouts/weight. But found this site and thought it would be just another great place for me to keep myself in check.
Little background - Married with daughter who just turned one. Was the heaviest I ever was at 168 when I got pregnant...and have managed to stay below that after having her. This August at 153 pounds, I decided that even though I have always been active my entire life playing sports, running, etc., I always end up not sticking with things long enough and going up and down on the scale 20-30 pounds. Not only is that frustrating, but emotionally draining.
So in Aug my friend and I decided that we would start running 3 days a week. Now I am up to running 3-4 days a week at 4--6 miles each time and was down to 144 just a week or so ago. But this last week I ate way too much crap and need to get back on the wagon again.
So besides playing catch up the next week or so to get back to that, ultimately I really want to be at 135 and know that I can achieve my goal and stay there permanently. Hope I can get all your support and help along the way!
