after much procastination, I'm back on WW after a years break, and after having found my old membership card from last time tucked away in a drawer I am quite chuffed that I am actually a stone and a half lighter than I was when I joined up last time!
I've been putting off getting serious for too long now, so I am pleased to announce that I have managed a full day without giving up!! and managed 22 out of 26 points, so I can save myself for something special at the weekend.......
