Spanish Spinach

1 large bunch Spinach
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. regular Raisins
2 Tbsp. White Raisins
2 Tbsp. Pine Nuts OR Spanish Peanuts

Sauté raisins and nuts in olive oil.

Meanwhile, steam the spinach until nicely wilted.

Toss it all together and serve hot!
