Default There is no candy.

Nope.

There is not an enormous and growing pile of leftover Halloween candy on the give-away counter of my office break area.

I refuse to see it. I do not acknowledge its existence.

All right? Who's with me?

yes! there is no candy. there is no spoon. let's band together and beat that craving with a stick! saying no to candy feels so much better than the guilt from eating too much of it. WE CAN DO IT! there is no candy. (rinse and repeat as often as needed)

I ate one miniature last night (42 calories), promptly bagged the rest and put it in our "candy cubicle" here at work. Good thing I've sworn off the candy cube (it's off-limits unless I'm putting food IN)... now I can get it out of my head!

Good luck everyone!

You're right. There is no candy. (also? there are no brownies or pumpkin bars in the kitchen at my office). Especially not the pumpkin bars.

Heh. Every time I see the title of this topic all I can think is the cake is a lie.

@munchievictim That is exactly what I was afraid would happen! We just moved here and I had no idea how many kids would come by and I didn't want to get stuck with a giant bowl of candy.

So we kept the lights off and watched movies while pretending we weren't home. There was only one knock on the door and I didn't hear any kids or people outside (and we ALWAYS hear when there are people outside) so I'm glad we didn't get the candy.
