Default 80lbs gone !!

Major victory today, arrived in the 2-teens (218) and have now lost 80lbs in under 7 months
I have been eating great, drinking loads of water and doing my best to exercise and move more. I felt very emotional this morning arriving at this milestone - I'm not really sure why, other than somehow it seems such a lot of weight to have lost.
I am aiming for 155lbs as this is in the middle of "normal". It hasn't always been an easy road, but I am so determined to succeed, and then begin the lifelong stage of maintenance.
I want to thank everyone here for your support, advice and encouragement. I am humbled by how much is possible when you decide you can do it.
to everyone !
