I'm just anxious to weigh in. I want to make sure I lost at least 2-3lbs. Which should be average. I'm just anxious to get this going. Back the first time I started Weight Watchers I lost 10lbs the first week (mostly all the water weight) But it was such a good morale boost.

I just want to have a good report to bring home. And one of the women that I work with is always asking me questions and what not...and I don't want to say "only .5 a pound"

I know I'll loose more when I start working out. We're moving this week so all my stuff is packed and our new treadmill isn't unpacked yet. I can't really walk in our neighborhood...we live on a busy road...without sidewalks and street lights...kinda scary at night when I have the time after the kids go to sleep. But I will be up and running this weekend for sure. Which I'm excited about.

Anyone else feel like this?

I am very nervous for my official weigh in day. I was up a few pounds this week:o, and sure hope that it happens to be water retention or something. I do understand scale anxiety very well! I am waiting till Thursday to find out. All my coworkers seem to be asking me tons of questions about what I am eating and if I have lost. That adds even more stress to be successful.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you!:)

I lost 2lbs.

I would give my left arm to drop like 7lbs this week and get below 300lbs. I'm sure that's not going to happen, but I figure it's a good 2 week goal.
