Im trying to do it on my own. Im in australia & hav no access to WW whatsoeva & no money 4 an online version so i was hoping 4 a little bit of info just to get me started.
I weigh about 65kg, thats probably 130-140lbs (Im not 100% on the conversion) & my height is 5'4 inches.
Any ideas of my points? Plz
