Default Jumping in this thread - HI!!

I'm fairly new here, I've lost 72 lbs in the past year, regained 17, lost 3 of it.
I do calorie counting, its the only thing that seems to work for me.
I joined Weight Watchers a few months ago and gained 8 lbs.
My recent gain is 100% my own fault, but I am now recommitted
to losing!
Yesterday was Day 1 back on my plan and I am down 3 lbs. And
yes I know thats nuts and it will only happen this one day - but its
a good bit of positive reinforcement to keep going. I try to come in
around 1,500 - 1,700 calories a day. I get one cheat meal a week,
its generally Friday night pizza.
So anyway - I'm happy to meet you all and I hope we can all share in
successes!!

Welcome! I do a cheat meal once a week too. Keeps me sane.

Odonnela! I am new here too. You will find lots of encouragement and motivation here. And it helps knowing there are so many people just like me... we are not alone in our struggle. The rewards to calorie counting are awesome! I wish you great success
