Thanks Debi and Spryng, it was a good weigh in, down 1.5. However, I woke up hungry yesterday and ended falling off the wagon, it was not pretty, but today is a new day and I am back on program like white on rice.

Debi - I love Tampa, the weather is always so nice, it is hard to remember what month it is most of the time. That being said, I hear it is some of the most beautiful part of the contry where you are. I would love to see co some day.

Oh, I hate it when that happens! Hang in there, today! Yes, Colorado is absolutely stunning. We've lived here a year and I still wake up every morning and gasp when I look out my windows and see the snow covered Rocky Mountains!
