Hi, I am new to the 3FC website. I am looking for weight loss buddies and support from people who are looking to lose weight, or who have already reached their goals. I have 60 pounds to loose and any encouragement would be much appreciated. Anyone who has tips on when you hit a plateau, or how to overcome certain situations, basically anything. This is not my first attempt to lose weight, I have been down this road a few times over, and I always start out with the right intentions. When I slide, I use that as my excuse to over induldge. Anyone out there who knows what I am talking about I would love to hear from you.

Welcome to the site. I've been here for about a month and have found it to be very helpful. It's nice to have people kickin' your butt when you backslide. But the most important thing is to be honest. If you mess up and you don't tell anyone or you fib about it, you're not helping yourself. I post over in the Buddy Forum in the "Journey to Babeville" thread. If we don't exercise or eat pizza and slip we let each other know. The encouragement helps to instill a sense of righteousness when we hop back on the band wagon. Tonight I have to go to the gym.... And I'm gonna do my darndest to get there.

What are your goals? What have you been doing to lose the weight? I'm on the no rabbit food but exercise regularly plan. It seems to be working for me.
