Age 50+ - Hi everyone...

Just turned 50 and just yesterday looked in the mirror and knew now is the time to lose this 50 pounds.

So here I am, yesterday went will so hoping I can make it.

Keep posting and watching what others are doing as that will give you the incentive to really get to it! The sooner you get to losing the pounds the better as I can asure you that the older you get the harder it will become.

I will turn 49 in a week. I decided that by next year for my 50th birthday I wanted to weigh my goal weight. I want to be healthier. And look and feel better. So for every sweet and salty treat I say no thank you to...I remind myself I'm going to make it this time!:cp:
