Default One Third To Goal
This morning I weighed in at precisely 215 which means I've lost 25# and am one third of the way to my goal!



Those pounds did not come off without a battle so I'm pretty much ridiculously happy about this!

The first 12 come off in a whooshy-barely-even-trying kinna way. The next 5 came and went for THREE MONTHS. Gah! That was really rough. And the final 8 came off just since September 1.

I've also lost 3 sizes in pants - from a size 20 to a size 14! Apparently when I was struggling with those 5 pounds for 3 months, I was losing fat and building muscle....getting smaller but not lighter.

That EXACT thing happened to me. I wasn't dropping lbs, just sizes!!
