Walked with the power belt today. Took me 100:30 to do my 4.5 miles today, very hot:flame: out there!

I did 55 min of the "Firm" Cardio/Sculpt video. It's cardio and weighlifting at the same time. :)

On 10 29 02: Buffed my car for an hour and 1/2. Someone blew fresh grass all over it and it took me an hour to clean it. I figure, oh well, just more exercise (I had washed and waxed my car on Sunday-so this was very disheartening!):(
