Foodwise, did well today. But was feeling really whacked out all day after not sleeping much last night and eating every time I got up.

Breakfast

veggie sausage 2
egg white french toast 3

Snack
soy butter on rice cake 3

Dinner
veggie meatballs 3
stir fried veggies 0
bulgur 2
parmesan cheese 1

Snack
