I have started a new blog to follow my progress on the P90X exercise system. I am NOT a Beach Body coach and do NOT sell anything. I have a scientific mind and love to try out things that are "as seen on TV" to see if they really work!
I will be following the Nutrition Plan as closely as possible and doing the prescribed exercises. I will not be taking the supplements - and am undecided about the recovery drink.
