I am down a few pounds. I am not quite sure if it's water or not but my ring felt a tight when I weighed. Weigh-in for me is on Friday but I can't help but check in between. I have been retaining a lot of water lately(not sure why) so I am being careful about any fluctuations having an impact on my thinking. Sticking to plan is the most important thing even if results aren't showing just yet, you guys here on 3fc have made that very clear. If it holds at a loss on Friday, I will change my ticker.

Checking ring tightness is a GREAT way to determine if you are holding excess water!!! I do that ALL the time, and I don't weigh myself if my ring feels tight (my boyfriend gave me the ring for Christmas last year, when I was at my heaviest weight, so now it is always really really loose). Congrats!
