30-Somethings - Biggest Loser IV Sign Up

Come one, come all! :D

Put your name on the list for the LAST Biggest Loser Challenge of 2010!! We will weigh in every week for 12 weeks and stay accountable to one another to reach our goals. Just reply to this thread and I will put your name on my list.

If you don't see your name here - sign up!! There will be a new thread started for us to weigh in on. It will be called Biggest Loser IV Weigh In. Your weight is due on Monday - if your weigh in day is not Monday (say it's Friday) then just report your most recent official weigh in.

Please report like this: 180 / -2 / 178 = last week weight / loss / current weight

If you would like a partner, just reply to this thread and I will try to match you guys up with people of like weights and goals.

The challenge will run 12 weeks....Yes, that IS over the "holidays". We can do it!! Set a goal and get going!

Let me know you need a partner. I will match you up with someone of the same dimensions. ;) You can weigh in together (one person PM the other, first person posts both), or you can weigh in separately. Either way - your progress is calculated together.

I will be out of town for a week starting tomorrow without a scale! I will be WI late, but I will use this to remind myself that I have an official weigh in soon to keep making good choices on my vacation. I'll be back Wed night

I love the idea!! However, we start out with 40 - 50 participants and end up with 12 - 15...with so many that drop, we might end up with one team!
