Body Image and Issues after Weight Loss - Does anyone lose weight and get perkier breast?

I know that losing a lot of weight can lead to saggy breast, but I'm unlucky. They are already terribly saggy.

I'm really scared of surgery. I never even wanted to get my tonsils out.
I'm just wondering if they ever look perkier when you lose weight? I tried googling it for like an hour and I kept finding everything that had nothing to do with my question, like how to maintain perky breasts(too late).

The whole thing really has me depressed. I really hate my breast and I always thought they'd just fix with weight loss and I don't want to risk dying for pretty breasts. :(

Not me. They're kind of saggy anyway and I suppose they won't get any firmer ~ although I guess when they're lighter, gravity won't have the same pull. I'm going to settle for prettier lingerie.

Invest in better bras. :)

Really! Mine are perkier than ever :D but the credit goes to the NASA engineers who construct my bras. :carrot:

Changing your bra helped them get MORE perky?

go for a fitting, they are free and nordstroms does a great job, a good bra can do wonders for putting your breast where they need to be, shaping them and making you feel good.

Alright, I'll give it a try. Maybe if I keep them in a bra as I lose weigh they'll stay that way, lol.

Breast lift surgery is very safe. The biggest issue is that you will be left with visible scars. The scars however, are typically quite thin and fine, and are located mostly underneath the breast where they don't show unless you lift up your boob. Sagging breasts will never get less saggy with weight loss, only more so, and you obviously can't "tone" them. I am definitely not telling you that a good bra won't go a long way, but if you lie awake at night worried about what you'll look like naked, the only thing that's going to guarantee you a better silhouette is surgery. There is a lot of information online about the procedure, and many before/after photos. It's something to think about.

Mine look a heck of a lot better now than they did 80 lbs ago ;). There is a lot less to droop now and they don't hang as much. There is hope! And Ditto on the 'get a good bra' sentiment!!! Considering I nursed babies for over 3 years mine looking pretty fab in a good bra ;).

Yeah, I've given this serious thought. I'm just so freaked about surgery because of horror stories like waking up during it and feeling everything or DYING. If I could get over that I probably wouldn't even give it another thought. I always thought to but now that I'm getting close to that time I'm scared.

Don't mind me asking, what is your cup size though. I'm a D right now. :(
I fear that a larger chest makes the perking up more difficult.

I have this! I am very much noticing my breasts getting a slightly bigger, more defined, and quite perky. But, I had relatively small boobs to start with, and they've never been saggy. I chalk it up to some great muscles under the boobs, built up since I was working as a shampooer at a salon during high school. In fact, on my first day one of the hair dressers mentioned to me that even though shampooing clients will hurt my back a bit my breasts will be nice and hard and perky.

Bottom line, the more you work your pecs, the better your breasts sit on them.

Mine have been all over the place as I've lost weight but I"m sitting at a comfy 32DD right now ;). So yup, there's hope for the big ones!
