Trying to get back on the "wagon"...

lunch - 4
apple-1, carrots -0, salad-0, dressing-1, wwbar-2

dinner - 25
wine-2, WW soup - 2, chicken parm -9, spaghetti - 7, brocolli-1, pumpkin pie - 3, 1 cookie -1

total - 36

exercise- 1 pt earned

I'm working on having a few banked points for Saturday since we're going to a 50th anniverary party and it's been tough staying in the low end of my points but I'm doing it.

Toast w/cottage cheese: 1.5
Scone: 1
Coffee: 0

Lean Cuisine Broccoli/potatoes/cheese: 4
Caramel Peanut Bar: 2

Sausage link: 1
Spanish Rice: 4
Chicken nuggets: 4

1/2 Baker's Cookie: 2.5

Total: 20
