Hello,

I was wondering if anyone ever heard of this diet and way or eating? Looks really good and super healthy. There is a book out by this title. Mark Sisson is the author. Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,
Melanie in Colorado

I love Primal Blueprint and find it a very healthy WOL. The food is pretty simple focusing on whole, unprocessed, organic foods as much as possible with good fats, lots of fresh veg, fresh proteins, some nuts and fruits. Limited amounts of dairy are permitted; grains, sugar, legumes are not. You may want to read up on PB to see if it is a lifestyle that would work for you.

Mark's Daily Apple is a great resource and should answer many questions you may have: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/

Then there is the primal group here in the link that Fressca gave above. :)
