Hi all! My name is Diane and I have been lurking here for a few weeks and thought I should at least introduce myself. After a very stressful year, I am now my heaviest weight ever. I almost fell off the scale in shock. No wonder I feel like crap! I have lost weight in the past only to regain it. I am going to do everything I can to make this time work for good.
I am currently counting calories and doing WATP and some strength training. I gowear fit almost all of the time and I find it makes me want to be a bit more active during the day just to see the right numbers go up.
