Default migraine=gain

I felt a migraine coming on Friday. I stayed in bed all day Saturday and for the most part all day yesterday. The medicine makes me sick to my stomach. I did have some of the HSN’s but ate very little. Also, I could not get my water in. Now I know I do not feel as light. Darn. Would overloading on water help at this point? What about eating certain fruits and veggies, but not others. I want to get back on track ASAP. Thanks everyone.

If you need anything, it's the water. Once your body becomes dehydrated it can help feed headaches, or any other kind of ache for that matter. So drink up.

As soon as you feel better, just get back on the horse. All the best!
