Sorry Jess, don't mean to steal your thunder. Just thought that we should post updates on our Now 'til November challenge to help keep us accountable.

These were my goals:
1) Lose 5lbs. (I need to lose approx. 9 to make goal but I think that's pushing it a little).

2) Drink 75 oz of H2O per day.

3) ST at least twice a week (I've been doing good with cardio and yoga but don't think I've picked up a weight since my vacation).

So far:
1) Lost 5.8lbs (met my goal but will still try to lose more)
2) Avg'd 70 oz H2) per day (will still be working to increase)
3) Only ST once last week (am going for 2 again this week)

Well, I am walking and eating my fruits and veg, so hopefully that's going to pay off in a 3 pound loss soon!
