I was inspired by Rosinante--let's see if I can figure out how to do this.

Since the photos are on my computer and not at a URL, it looks as if I have to attach them rather than embed them.

The "before" photo is from December 2007, when I was 46 and weighed somewhere in the 250's.

The two "155" photos are from today. The first one is in the kind of loose-fitting clothing I've been wearing and plan to wear until goal. The second one is in about the only tight-fitting clothing I have right now. The T-shirt is a small--it's tight but not ridiculously so. The shorts have more "muffin top" than I would wear in public right now, but this photo probably gives the most accurate idea of my current size and shape.

You have done wonderful things to and for yourself. Isn't it astounding what we are capable of when we put our minds to it?

Thanks for all of the kind comments! The weird thing about this diet is how traumatic it hasn't been--it's mainly been a matter of perseverance. I feel very fortunate.

Well, I don't know if I'm brave enough to tuck IRL, though I did tuck a medium T-shirt into stretch pants a couple of weeks ago, and that actually looked pretty good. I'm hoping to use that picture as a "before" for my last 10 pounds--see what I look like in the same clothes when I get to goal, which I'm hoping will be in December or January.
