Exercise! - Any one use a crosstrainer?

I have recently lent one and wandered if anyone else uses one and for how long and seen resluts?

Yes, I just got mine about a week ago! Its a killer at first, but I quickly got used to it. I weighed in this morning with a 4 pounds loss for the week, the largest loss since I started 6 weeks ago!
